How to Visit Chaparrí

The Chaparri Ecological Reserve can be visited as a day visit between (7 am and 5 pm) or as an overnight stay in the Chaparri EcoLodge. Both day and overnight visits must be pre-booked as spaces are limited and all visitors must be accompanied by a community guide and pay a reserve entrance fee that goes to the community.

The Chaparri EcoLodge offers accommodation in adobe bungalows in the core area of the reserve (12 rooms with ensuite bathroom facilities and 4 with shared bathroom facilities). Packages include three meals and guide services and transport can be arranged.
